I took some cough syrup and then I slept all day. When I woke up it was way past the time I take my meds but I didn't feel too bad mental health wise or physically. Now I'm starting to feel things again physically but not the breathing issues. I was having the strangest dreams when I was sleeping.

If the breathing gets too bad don’t hesitate to go to the hospital… that’s what they’re there for and that’s one of the covid red flags.
Hopefully you will turn the corner soon and start getting better.
