No, they likely would not recommend that!  Gosh, I remember crouching behind my dad's seat while he was driving, in that little space on the floor, and making a "bed" for myself with a blanket and stuffed animals. I loved it.
I literally got a chill when I read what you've written about the sun high on the horizon triggering a migraine. Ugh, yes. And stress - to this day, stress will trigger weeks of migraine.
Do you ever ache all over your body, as if you have the flu, but you don't?
