I went to the movie theater with my friend last night to see Halloween Ends, enjoyed it and had a good time.

It's my 4th or 5th day since starting Metformin to help with losing the weight I've gained on my APs. I'm happy to report that I'm not having any bad side effects from it. Relieved about that, I always fear when I start something new that I'll like suddenly drop dead or something.

I went grocery shopping yesterday. Got pumpkin spice English muffins and some apple cider among other things. The fall leaves look beautiful here in upstate NY.
