I went grocery shopping yesterday. Got pumpkin spice English muffins and some apple cider among other things. The fall leaves look beautiful here in upstate NY.

Good luck with Metformin. I hope it's helpful for you. I've been taking it for a couple of years with no side effects that I notice. It was prescribed to my sister and she insisted it gave her hair loss, but I kinda doubt that; she is very opposed to "big pharma." When I first started Metformin I lost 12 lbs - but I was still on an AP then. Otherwise, I might've lost more.
Ooh, your grocery items sound divine. Upstate NY in the autumn...how gorgeous! And the kits look adorable. They seem to enjoy having their pictures taken . Mine tend to look away at the moment they should be looking straight ahead
