Last night I got up three times to add notes to each of my white-boards.
Such grandiose notions, thought I had invented something totally novel, found out that it already existed by googling this morning.
Looking for ways to reduce mania without resorting to psych medications. Could not get to sleep until past 2am yet still wide awake before 6am. I seem to need very little sleep when manic.
Am meditating, doing counting exercises in bed, taking supplements (see Intro), Playing calming music, will make an appointment to see a psychologist. etc - any other suggestions gratefully accepted.
