Today I didn't restrict but I stopped eating the second I got full and I wasn't too hungry.I ate a small order of fries from Mcdonalds but I couldn't finish them so I gave the rest of them to my mom. She made some comment about how I can look the way I am because I stop eating the second I am full. Its just a habit I got into years ago. I can not force myself to eat. Also I mainly just wanted the Halloween bucket and not the food from Mcdonalds if I'm being honest.
