That was the trick to my losing 40 lbs 20 years ago. That and exercising 10 hours a week (i won a weight loss bet where i worked. We had to email our exercise times every week). But being able to note when i was satiated was because of topamax. I never even FELT that point before. But with the drug, i boxed half of any restaurant meal. I need to start stopping again. And or adding fresh veg.
