2009. I took a 4 days/week job and they didn't hire anyone to cover the 4th day. I was perpetually in trouble for not getting everything done but they were expecting the same from me as the fulltime PT. I had horrible assistants who were risking their licenses and mine and didn't listen to me. Nobody backed me up. I should have quit. Instead I got fired. I later learned that they had a reputation for firing experienced therapists for no reason and replacing them with much cheaper new grabs. I worked for a staffing agency after them and they told me they wouldn't even work with that company. It was miserable although really only 7 months before I was fired. It was a bad, bad, 10 months in their employment.
