I finally got this figured out and I really did have a decrease in clozapine cost from $47/month to $0. I'm not asking questions. This also means I can try the other pharmacy in town to see if they can handle it better and it will still be much cheaper than clozaril this year.

Now I'm on hold for 17 minutes and counting about my inhaler assistance program. I was on yesterday for 55 minutes before I had to get off. I don't know what their issue is; I've never had this kind of problem before. Oh well.
