Then I almost passed out again half an hour later. My pulse is currently 93 and I'm just sitting in bed. I'm also still dealing with the congestion from covid and I have post nasal drip that feels like its just clogging up my throat and the congestion is making my face hurt. I mean I feel better overall then how I have been feeling, but I don't know what sort of damage I've done with all this Advil these last 6 months.

I'm sorry you almost passed out, that is a really scary experience to go through
I hope your kidneys results are okay when you get your bloodwork done

and that your doctor is able to figure out something to help you with the feeling like passing out too
Hope you feel better too from the covid symptoms soon
