It seems like with my new Therapist (who I have been seeing for the last few months) I am brining up former Therapists at almost every session. I ask her if she thinks that is a good thing or not and she says that if it is something I want to talk about than it is good to talk about it. I am wondering why I keep feeling the need to bring up former Therapists at almost every session. Is it maybe because I like to hang on to them a little bit.
