If you will be ok with this emotionally then I say go for it..... if you might have some resentment build up over having to bend but once again - I say fight a little more for what you want - as I know far to many people that compromise over and over again early in the marriage / relationship and they end up resenting their partner later in life.

Just want to make sure you are OK in the here and now - and later in life.
