My therapist said, and my mom agrees that I'm heading down a dangerous path regarding my eating habits and body image issues. I took a picture today and I do look a bit like Jack Skeletion I can't really give them a clear answer about what I want since I'm not sure myself. My therapist is telling me I'm too fixated on numbers though.
