Hello 3bdelrahman295XYZ. I noticed this is your first post here on MSF. Welcome to the forums.

From what you wrote, it certainly doesn't sound to me as though you're indulging in too much games playing or show watching. I seem to recall hearing, on a news program recently, that the average person is now spending something in the neighborhood of 7 hours per day involved with social media of one sort or another.

I'm not a mental health professional. But, to me, it sounds as though what you're struggling with has more to do with guilt than it does what you're spending your time on. You mentioned you have depression and OCD. Perhaps it is these conditions that are causing you to feel guilty over the time you spend on games and show watching? Of course I don't really know. But that's my thought on the subject. You didn't mention if you see a mental health therapist or counselor of some sort. If not, perhaps that might be a good idea so you have someone you can talk with regarding your concerns? Again, just an idea. They might also be able to help you find some new activities you would enjoy that you'd feel good about spending time on.

I hope you find the forums to be of benefit.
