Aha! Just as I typed this the rain began coming down! It's so beautiful! The cats like to sit in the windows and watch the rain, with the leaves fluttering down. Very exciting stuff! And I can see that my car is being washed. A bonus.
My sherpa blanket arrived this morning. It's fawn-colored. A bit thinner than it should be, considering the cost (which wasn't much, but still). It'll be fine, though, since I have two other blankets + one thick, furry throw. And a bunch of warm cats
