You've sure been busy, bizi! Sounds like Halloween was lots of fun. I'm sorry about the heartburn, though. Miserable feeling. Also, the stinging ants! Yikes. I didn't know there were ants that sting.
Jeff found the gift certificate that had been under the mat since last Christmas? What a treat!
Hallie sounds like my Jack. He's literally the biggest cat I've ever seen - very tall and so long. Gorgeous black coat. And that poor cat is afraid of his own shadow. He's been treated gently and lovingly since he was a tiny kitten, but he is terrified of just about everything. The only time Jack is calm is when he's curled up with Solomon, another of my cats, and Jack's best buddy.
Oh, that's interesting - All Soul's Day must be what I know as Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead).
