I've watched porn since childhood as well (Maybe around 10 or 11 years old?). I have humped 2 pillows before and used sex toys.

Have you tried urge surfing before? The idea is that you acknowledge that you have an urge to do something, but then bring your attention back to the current activity you are doing (Like working). It takes time to get the hang of it, but seems somewhat effective.

My guess is that overtime, things that used to trigger "self pleasure" goes away. So things like a specific time or place won't get you aroused much.

If you do try to reduce the amount of times you "self pleasure", be aware that you may get a bit grumpy after a few days (This happened with me).

I was going to suggest maybe using sex toys instead of talking to girls sexually. But I think might make it worse, since you may end up wanting the "next big thing" or "something better". It still might be worth experimenting with this to see if it works or makes it worse.
