Same not very hungry stuff. Although today I did restrict out of frustration because I am out of a food staple and it took me awhile to find an alternative that I would actually eat.
I heard someone say on a podcast that you don't mess with a big persons food and you don't mess with a smaller persons food. And I do find that to be true. I need a variety of protein snacks and shakes or I get crabby physically and mentally.
