Everything but water has been making me anxious today. I tried eating some protein cheese crackers with my Geodon and my anxiety shot way way up. The tuna I ate earlier did the same thing. I had an iced latte today so the issue could possibly be traced back to that. But basically plain water is the only thing that isn't getting me going today. I want to drink a propel for some hyrdration and electrolytes but I'm concerned about getting anxiety from it.
