Yeah idk, haha. It seems like it would maybe have some beneficial effects (fasting). I am going to try to reduce the amounts of sugar I have I guess.
I feel like I already eat relatively healthily though. Which is weird because the cholesterol levels shouldn't be so dang high if I ate heathily.
