I'm trying to use my cell phone less and less and less until I do not want to use it anymore, like old times. In the past I would rarely look at my phone and now I seem to look at it when I am really bored. I only have my sister, Mom, Dad, the primary care doc, and the psych doc in the contacts list. I think it's going to be so easy if I can utilize will power or find some way to state it to myself that I do not want to use it very much.
