I went to the cinema with my son to do something good for me. I'm in the practice of taking care of me regardless if I am "successful" or not.

We could easily work just 3 days a week because we produce even too much.

Everyone would work and stigma would disappear.

But probably it would appear somewhere else. It's still a toxic culture, the Western one.

Here it may be not as brutal as in the States, but discrimination is rampant as well.

We are human beings, we love to help each other, cooperate, trust, and live.

The destroying forces in society are strong, but we really want to choose Love and do something kind to ourselves and, if we can, to others.
