I'm just focusing on getting into shape and stuff to distract me from my issues. I don't know if I'm taking it too far or not. Today was ok up until an hour ago. I'm in an awful lot of pain from my work out this morning and I'm pretty nauseated too. I don't know what I need right now. My rapid release tylenol went right through me and so did my pepto bismol capsules.
