Certain things can't be hurried, but they do evolve in their own time.



I try not to make lists of ''bad'' things and send them to someone else...

I try to think what other people's triggers might be so as NOT to trigger them (sometimes I might think or guess wrongly)....

I might make a list of ''bad'' things and tear it up.

To be in the NOW ... this present moment.

Practising non striving... what is here is ''enough''. A tremendous discipline.
