Also, dont be driven by some random headhunting call. Look for a job when YOU want to. The way this job has been treating you, i dont see them dumping you on short notice, for example. They seem kind.

I hear ya on those points - they are valid points. And thanks so much for your input!
I suppose it can't hurt to at least explore the job opportunity - if I don't get an offer, then it's not an issue and I stay in my company. If I happen to get an offer, then I have a choice. I think I'd like to keep the possibility open, and then I have options.
