Oh, sorry re directions.

Ive been finding that the body is pretty tough. "Problems swallowing" must have been in a lot of tv commercials, its kinda burned into our brains. It doesnt sound like you are having pain, though, which i think is a positive sign. I occasionally choke up myself, and im like oh no what is that?! But i think it is just me eating too much and or too fast, not being careful. I just recently went thru believinv i had pancreatitis, but two drs said nah probably a muscle strain.
