I get my turkey basket today. In about an hour

I’m doing well on the increase of Thorazine. Its been a few weeks since the increase. feel less impulsive and a LOT less paranoid about bizarre things. My sleep is really good now. I am able to relax and focus. I’m not getting g up at 3am to clean the house for no reason , not having ridiculously high /annoyingly high energy.

Cutting back on caffeine helped too. Like I always used it to add fuel to the fire when hypomanic or manic. I would get so hyped and just keep drinking coffee to hype myself up even more and more
