You can wear whatever you want to wear and wear it proudly. If stores want to reject you, accept it and take your business somewhere else.
Some People can have trouble with the fact that you look so young and don't know what to do with it which, may be frustrating at times, but try not to let it upset you. If anything, say thank you and move along if you feel uneasy. It's easier than you may think and it feels much better than getting yourself upset.
