If there's not, has anybody thought someone else to create an Android app for this?

It doesn't have to be on the Google Play store for you to download it, you'd just have to upload it to a website that offers free uploads where we can download it and make it mobile.

It wouldn't be usable on IPhones sadly because they won't accept almost anything anything that's no Apple related, especially if you try to download it from a website; but I think it's still a good idea for Android users.
