I'm facing having to live life alone again after many, many years. For at least 10 years now I haven't done a single thing on my own. Now, I'm supposed to acquire my own low-income apartment, go shopping and to stores myself, do all the things a regular person is supposed to do on their own. I am scared to death and my general/social anxiety is through the roof. I don't know how to deal. I am absolutely scared to death.
