Hi Aviza, there can be problems with the sugar free as well. You need to know how much sugar you eat at a time. As far as I know, half an apple counts just the same as one glas of milk (with regard to sugar). So you have to, as I have learned, chose between the one glass of milk and the half apple, not both at the same time!


Ask you GP about an app or somthing else that can help you to count your sugar intake during the day, so you can plan your daily meals.
