I love this post. I have fun with my therapists when I can. When we laugh it takes some of the edge of the situation. Yesterday after my appointment I called my therapist. I always call and tell her thanks. Well yesterday I called her and said You had a great session today and you worked really hard. Then I said oh thats projection. I mean I had a great session and I worked very hard. She loves that kinda humor.
The other day she almost walked into a wall on the way to her office. So I now can say when she asks me to talk about hard stuff that I will if she makes me laugh by almost walking into a wall.
