oh... I can understand. cutting once brought me satisfaction. I went 7 months without doing so, and I broke.

But you're strong. You've lasted 3 months already. There may be strong urges, but you too, are strong. A wonderful person such as yourself coul surely last even longer. Think, three months. Take it day by day. I know it's hard to follow by, but it's an effective thing for most.
