This morning before 9 was kind of rough anxiety wise. Then I drank a Coke Zero float and felt a lot better. I wonder if I just legit need a decent amount of caffeine in my diet for some reason. I know the days I've had a ton of caffeine my anxiety has been fairly mild and the low caffeine days I've been pretty anxious. Anyways I watched a couple episodes of this show called Zombie Flips or something. Where these flippers flip creepy looking houses. Its on A&E and not on HGTV so some of the people were assholes but it was interesting. Then I finally took a shower for the first time since Thursday afternoon. I'm not depressed, I'm just worn out by the pristiq increase so getting motivated can be hard. But overall I felt fine today.
I just looked at my food app (my fittness pal) and the last few days I've been anxious are the days I have not had caffeine. The 2 days I've had caffeine my anxiety has been fine.
Maybe it is mostly diet related like I'm being told it is.
