Hello. I've been officially divorced for seven months. The situation is tough as I've moved out of our home and am living on my own in a small apartment. We're not communicating at all. I'm finding it really distressing and I am concerned that after seven months I am still having regular crying spells and feeling really depressed. I am still able to function insofar as I have continued to work full time, exercise, socialise and try out some new things, but I can't shake intense feelings of sadness that overwhelm and my mood is really down. Curious to know how long other people went through similar feelings after they were divorced and what worked for them. Thank you
