Hi all.
A new person joined our workforce end of last year. Initially we did get along but now we aren’t. At the beginning of the year, I was given instructions by upper management to observe this person teaching ( a common practice to better inform our teaching strategies). I gave both positive and constructive feedback. This woman, who is older than I, called me arrogant and more recently called me a ***** and said I was “not a good boss”, despite this being my first year in this leadership role. Furthermore, she is very reactive and people walk on eggshells around her because you never know what mood she is in. This made me upset and still does to this day. I talked to leadership and they believe i target her. I feel so unsupported and that I cannot go to higher management for help. What are some tips you have?
