That's happened to me three times. I try to go voluntarily because staying in the ER for weeks and then having to cooperate with a conditional discharge sucks majorly.

I can’t believe how they treat people with mental illness in some countries. Shackling you? That’s so wrong. Makes me angry. You are unwell, not a criminal.
