My trip was not the greatest. I'm glad to be home. I didn't eat well because my stomach was upset. I get its food related. My therapist told me I need a combination of carbs and protein in the morning. Normally I don't hit my protein goal until dinner. If I hit it at all. Anyways my trip just wasn't fun. I didn't have any issues besides the weird housekeeping episode. I'm not really anxious about anything and I'm looking forward to the holidays. So it doesnt feel like depression much. So I'm guessing it really is just the same old food issues. I just ate a serving of high protein plain Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of cinnamon mixed in. So that was decent.
