I was kind of heavy on the melatonin last night. And I didn't eat a lot yesterday. I had yogurt and an apple for dinner. I fell asleep around 5 and then I woke up at 9 but I was able to get back to sleep shortly after until 2 something. I ate a Lunchable and a piece of fruit and then worked out for 24 minutes at 3:30. I couldn't push myself to do the whole 30 minutes. I missed Wenesdays workout so I may have been off. I did 100 crunches with my ab roller, 32 reps with my hand weights, 30 squats with my kettlebell, 30 side bends with each arm with my kettlebell and then another 55 crunches with the ab roller. I've eaten today and I've only had Coke and water to drink. Not any Mountain Dew or coffee. But idk. I feel just kinda lightheaded and washed up which is a normal feeling for me these days. I've gotten some motivation though and I got under my bed swept which was a huge mess. I also am finally starting on my laundry and I have sworn to myself I will put it all away this time.
