Right now at 11:10 pm it is 0 C (32 F) outside. Inside the house the temp varies. My husband keeps it in the low 20s C (70s F), which is likely a tad warm for most.

Dx: Bipolar type 1
Psych Medications:
* Tegretol XR (carbamazepine ER) 800 mg
* Lamictal (lamotrigine) 150 mg
* Seroquel XR (quetiapine ER) 500 mg
I also take meds for blood pressure, cholesterol, and tachycardia.
