I'm not really sure, but look into your own heart, sit with the feelings, and make the unconscious , conscious. In your own heart put the feelings into words, and tell yourself the truth. If it makes you feel better, know that God can hear your thoughts. See if you can receive release in this way. It may take a while. Also stay moderately busy, with things you enjoy, not too much or too little. You may be in an overwhelming situation, that may require help from others. I don't really have the answers, but these things help me.
