It's all very complex. I'm not asking for advice on what I should or shouldn't do in my life, or where I should go/return. Only how best to handle stress. Or if no one knows what to suggest, just support or acknowledge that I'm not alone in dealing with some things in the realm. Or just a virtual hug.
