People with learning disabilities aren't stupid or a waste of space. They are the people who aren't restricted by conventional learning who shape and define what's known in the universe.

Hey I think you misinterpreted the statistics. Out of all children with disabilities about THIRD of them have learning disability, the other two thirds have other disabilities: cognitive, physical, emotional etc. That's in the US and it’s roughly similar to other developed countries.
Most certainly third of the total population doesn’t have a learning disability. I think when you saw “third”, you didn’t notice that’s the “third” of population with disabilities, not “third” of the total population
