I am using we, plural form, because I have multiple identities caused by chronic traumas. We had 4 suicide attempts survived, 3 of them were traumagenic and 1 was psychotic. The traumagenic attempts happened in 2019 and the psychotic one happened in 2021. Right now we are 4 years having survived. The first one was helped by a friend, the second by my mum and the third was by my friend as well.

I went to psychotherapy, my therapist said that my case is complex and needs a supervisor. She is a clinical psychologist, not a general one though. I wonder. Her profile online said that she is a board approved supervisor herself. I went through my trauma history with her on the surface on our second session, but I felt the therapist lacked sympathy or compassion. She was writing as I spoke and asked questions, this part was okay, but given that I had decades of repeated traumas, on a daily basis, which had resulted me in a highly dissociative state. She is now having her Christmas break until January. I have prepared some notes in introducing my systems and alters to her. We have DID (dissociative identity disorder). Not sure whether she has experience in dealing with these stuff, but her online profile did said that she is interested in traumas and also does EMDR therapy.
