I think I want to look at it. It may take me some time though. Aviza mentioned meditation. I do meditate on a regular basis, but I've been restless and unfocussed while meditating for some time now. I'll just keep at it, I guess. And maybe I need to set apart a day to focus on this specifically, and not allow any distractions or something. Is that a good thought? Or am I just setting myself up to get totally overwhelmed if I do that?
