My sister has cancelled their trip thankfully. They said they will go next week. I didn't sleep good last night and I am so exhauasted and I am not hungry. I've only had a piece of bread today. I am not going to force myself to eat if I'm not hungry. I don't care how pissed my therapist gets. I'm hoping to take a long afternoon nap.
