Well, I kind of put myself in a pickle. I thought I had a refill on my Vraylar but I don't and I'm down to two pills, and I'm without an appointment and bad weather. I will figure it out I'm sure -- but for the first time in a long while, this problem is one I created and could have been avoided if I had just gone to my original doctor's appointment. I usually am at the whim of those around me, but I definitely did this one to myself out of negative experiences and not wanting to deal with anything. I hope I don't suffer too much in the meantime. I'm hoping my doctor will accept a telehealth appointment if I don't request Adderall (he likes an in-person appointment for a drug screening when on controlled substances). I have therapy tomorrow, maybe she can advocate for me some to get an appointment scheduled away.

Today is my sister's birthday and because of the weather we aren't celebrating today, but my brother's birthday is next week and he is going to be in town. I think we are gonna celebrate their birthdays and Christmas all together. We'll see how it goes. I'm not looking forward to being around so many people, even if it is family.
