I took a nap and I woke up feeling totally weak and exhausted. Like my whole body just feels weak. In my hands and my legs. I had eaten a yogurt before taking a nap. I made some ramen and I took my afternoon meds but I still feel just like blah physically and I'm cold but I sweated through my shirt too. I'm hoping its not a big deal although the last time this happened I got covid the next day. My mom said not to project and to try moving around.
