I had to venture out today in 20° weather. The wind was horrible. I also have Raynaud's Syndrome so my hands were aching and turning white, even with heavy gloves on. I was so tense when I got home I could feel fibro tingling down my spine. I stood in the shower for about 20 minutes to warm up. I think right now I pretty much feel sad about it all.
