I don’t think abilify is going to work out I’m waking up extremely early (4-5am). That’s how mania starts for me. I’m going to give it some time, maybe it’s just the initial effect. I hope it is. I’ll be very sad if I have to go back on haldol.

At least I was able to go to the grocery store to get some baked goods for Christmas morning before work instead of after. It’s 53 degrees right now but by the time I leave work it will be 30.
